  • As a Product Design Lead, you will drive the creation of innovative, user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will oversee the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity execution and design system implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure designs meet user needs while aligning with strategic business objectives. Your role will involve mentoring junior designers, collaborating with developers, and representing design vision to stakeholders. You will operate in a dynamic, hybrid environment where creativity, problem-solving, and strategic thinking are valued. Accountabilities

  • Lead and execute design activities throughout the software delivery lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, audits, user research, and competitive analyses to inform design decisions.
  • Develop UX artifacts, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and motion-enhanced prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Establish and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility across platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design vision and resolve design challenges during sprints.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Represent design vision to internal and client stakeholders, effectively managing feedback and driving alignment.
  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI digital product design, with agency or in-house experience.
  • Excellent command of English (C2 level or higher).
  • Proven track record delivering mobile and web products, supporting multi-platform experiences.
  • Deep expertise in design systems, motion design, visual design, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong skills in UX research, strategic product design, and translating insights into actionable solutions.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma (including variables, autolayout, and prototyping) and motion tools (e.g., Rive, AfterEffects).
  • Familiarity with design-to-code workflows and collaboration with front-end frameworks (e.g., Flutter, HTML/CSS, React).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor team members effectively.
