  • As a Product Design Lead, you will drive the vision and execution of design across multiple digital projects, ensuring that user experiences are both visually compelling and functionally intuitive. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to create scalable design systems and motion-enhanced interfaces. Your work will guide the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to delivery and iteration, impacting both internal teams and client-facing products. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on design execution, offering the opportunity to mentor junior designers, influence product strategy, and deliver elegant solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Accountabilities

  • · Lead and execute design activities across multiple projects, owning the quality and consistency of design outputs.
  • · Conduct discovery, research, and stakeholder interviews to understand challenges and define actionable insights.
  • · Create UX artifacts, wireframes, high-fidelity screens, prototypes, and motion studies that illustrate user flows and experiences.
  • · Ensure seamless collaboration with developers and QA to maintain design integrity throughout production.
  • · Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering skill development and creative growth.
  • · Represent design vision to internal teams and clients, providing clarity, feedback, and rationale behind design decisions.
  • · Contribute to design system creation, maintenance, and scalability across platforms.
  • · 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI digital product design, in agency or in-house settings.
  • · Expert in design systems, motion design, and visual design principles, with experience scaling or modernizing systems.
  • · Proven track record of shipping successful digital products across web, mobile, or multi-platform environments.
  • · Mastery of design tools such as Figma (variables, autolayout, prototyping), motion tools (Rive, AfterEffects), and prototyping platforms (ProtoPie, Framer).
  • · Strong understanding of front-end technologies and experience collaborating with engineering teams.
  • · Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • · Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • · Passion for mentoring, continuous learning, and integrating innovative design practices, including AI-powered design tools.
