  • Translate insights into low-fidelity sketches and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Iterate quickly, testing designs with stakeholders and users before development.

UI & Interaction Design

  • Deliver pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Define interaction patterns, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance usability.
  • Ensure consistency across platforms by maintaining component libraries and style guides.

Collaboration & Handoff

  • Partner with product managers to define scope and priorities.
  • Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately, using Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode, or InVision Inspect.
  • Provide ongoing support during development to refine edge cases.

Iteration & Testing

  • Gather user feedback after launches and measure product performance.
  • Run A/B tests on UI variations to validate improvements.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve user outcomes.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Strong empathy for users paired with business-minded pragmatism.
  • Excellent communicator who can defend design choices with data.
  • Portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and UI craftsmanship.
  • Comfortable collaborating in Agile sprint environments.

Required Experience & Skills (Minimum)

  • 2+ years professional product design experience.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility standards.

Ideal Experience & Skills

  • Experience designing SaaS platforms, consumer apps, or enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better dev collaboration.
  • Experience scaling and maintaining design systems.
  • Exposure to analytics and testing tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely).
  • What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

A Product Designer’s day revolves around translating user needs and business goals into usable, elegant product experiences. You will

  • Research and analyze user feedback, behavior data, and competitive products to identify opportunities.
  • Sketch and prototype new features or flows, iterating with stakeholders to validate direction.
  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs that are consistent with brand and design systems.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate implementation.
  • Test and iterate on designs post-launch, refining workflows and features for improved adoption and satisfaction.
