Product Designer (Crypto Project Launch) Overview We’re launching a greenfield crypto project on Ethereum and are looking for an experienced Product Designer to shape the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile. You’ll work closely with engineers, founders, and ecosystem stakeholders to create intuitive, user-friendly products for interacting with tokens, governance, and smart contract-enabled features. This is a hands-on role for someone excited to own design from zero to launch. Responsibilities • Lead UX/UI design for web and mobile interfaces that interact with smart contracts. • Translate complex crypto concepts (wallets, liquidity pools, tokenomics) into elegant, accessible user flows. • Collaborate with smart contract engineers to understand technical constraints and ensure seamless integration. • Design user onboarding, token interactions, staking, governance voting, and dashboard views. • Develop design systems, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for dev handoff. • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate quickly before and after launch. • Partner with marketing and GTM teams to ensure design consistency across all touchpoints. Requirements • Proven experience shipping product design in crypto, fintech, or other complex technical products. • Strong portfolio showing UX thinking and visual polish across responsive web and/or mobile. • Comfortable designing for web3 features: wallet connections, on-chain actions, decentralized governance, etc. • Familiarity with front-end frameworks and tools (bonus if you’ve worked directly with developers using Ethers.js / Web3.js). • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Framer, or similar. • Bonus: experience designing for DeFi, NFTs, Layer 2 chains, or cross-chain interfaces. Bonus Points • Background in branding, motion design, or 3D/visual storytelling for crypto projects. • Experience collaborating with marketing on launch materials and pitch decks. • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
