• Designing Solutions: Create prototypes and design final, user-friendly solutions. Building the Design System: Help build and maintain our comprehensive Design System. Analyze Data & Drive Improvements: Proactively analyze usability and business metrics to identify pain points and recommend data-driven opportunities to continuously enhance the user experience. Build a Scalable Design System: Develop and maintain our Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across multiple platforms. Ability to think systemically and identify opportunities for improvement within products and processes. Experience in contributing to or maintaining a Design System. Experience working in a large-scale organization, particularly within the e-commerce or retail sectors. Experience with other design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus. Experience conducting various forms of user research (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews).
