We’re looking for a product-focused AI Engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for building real-world, user-facing AI products. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing AI workflows and agents that power intelligent features across our platform. This is a hands-on role that blends product thinking with deep technical execution. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain AI workflows and agent-based systems - Work with LLMs (e.g. OpenAI), including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation - Build features involving document processing, recommendation engines, voice-to-text, and text-to-voice integrations - Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into functional AI systems - Develop and deploy services using Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, and vector databases - Leverage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for smart content generation -Integrate and orchestrate AI workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Vellum - Monitor performance and continuously improve AI systems based on user feedback and behavior - Design, refine, and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve accuracy and performance of LLM outputs Requirements - 3+ years of full-time experience in software development - 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development - Strong experience with LLMs and OpenAI models - Proficiency with Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, and vector databases - Experience building and deploying recommendation systems, document AI, and voice integrations - Proven ability to design and scale AI workflows and agent-based architectures - Familiarity with AI orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier, or Vellum - Strong product thinking and ability to translate user needs into AI solutions - Hands-on experience with prompt engineering for LLMs, including testing and optimization techniques Bonus Points - Experience with RAG architectures and vector search tuning - Contributions to open-source AI projects or prior work in early-stage startups Why Join Us - Work on cutting-edge AI products with real-world impact - Collaborate in a flexible, dynamic, and empowering environment - Be a core part of a growing, high-performing engineering team
