And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary As a Manager of PBM Innovation within Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the PrudentRx Program. You will be in a critical position that will support managing clients and maintaining internal and external partnerships. This individual will serve as a resource for the PrudentRx program and will support account team and clients by addressing program related questions, investigating and resolving member issues, and escalating and managing global issues. This individual will also look to support the growth and commercialization of the product. This role combines program management, client and account team support, issue resolution, and growth responsibilities to ensure high service quality and program success. This individual contributor role is key in helping the team organize, operate and define how the PBM interacts with clients and members. Key Responsibilities Include: Act as a point of contact for internal account team and external clients regarding questions or issues related to the PrudentRx program Managing the team shared inbox and Salesforce queue which will look to support operational questions as well as commercialization of the product Navigate complex product issues. Investigate and resolve member issues such as benefit questions, enrollment discrepancies, or escalations), Responsible for coordinating cross functionally with internal teams as necessary Monitor and own Regulatory and state law updates impacting the product Partners with benefits, account teams, and core functional areas to successfully operate the PrudentRx product Being a key point of contact for our external vendor Triage and manage global or systemic issues that affect multiple clients or members, escalating appropriately. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure program changes are implemented and client/member impact is minimized Required Qualifications: 1+ years of experience within pharmacy benefits (PBM), Health Insurance or Product 1+ years of client facing experience managing customers 3+ years of total professional work experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of PBM or Health Insurance experience Experience managing high-profile clients Education: Bachelor’s degree; may consider comparable work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
