- In this role, you will take ownership of a suite of yield-generating financial products, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver high-performing and accessible digital asset solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, and compliance to innovate, launch, and optimize products that allow users across Latin America to earn passive income through savings and staking. Your work will directly impact user adoption, product profitability, and overall customer experience. This role requires a data-driven, proactive mindset, balancing user needs, financial risk, and regulatory compliance. You will have the autonomy to shape product strategy, rapidly iterate on features, and champion solutions that create tangible value for millions of users.
- Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap for yield-generating offerings, prioritizing initiatives that align with business goals and market opportunities.
- Design and optimize product features to increase user adoption, asset allocation, and engagement across multiple markets.
- Research, define, and launch new savings and staking products, ensuring compliance and managing risk and custody requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as total assets earning yield, revenue, and churn to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery.
- Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and strategy clearly to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Rapidly test, iterate, and improve product features based on data insights, user feedback, and market trends.
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, investment products, savings, wealth management, or crypto yield products.
- Strong understanding of crypto yield mechanisms, such as staking and interest-bearing accounts.
- Data-driven decision-making with experience extracting insights from complex datasets to guide product strategy.
- Proven ability to ship products iteratively and leverage experimentation methods like A/B testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, comfortable leading initiatives from vision to execution.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for financial products or managing features related to risk, custody, and treasury operations is advantageous.
