  • Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Pismo's core payment APIs in alignment with company goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business and customer impact.
  • Evaluate competitive products and develop response strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing to develop product positioning strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders and customers.
  • Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
  • Ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met while adhering to financial and time constraints.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party partners.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers.
  • This is a remote position. A remote position does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a Visa office location. Remote positions may be required to be present at a Visa office with scheduled notice. #LI-Remote
  • Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Be based in Brazil
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field 5+ years of experience in product management within the technology or financial services sector
  • Experience with payment systems and APIs
  • English Advanced (C1)
  • Familiarity with Agile framework.
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills.
  • Experience working with Postman for API testing and documentation.
  • Experience creating and managing Grafana dashboards for monitoring and visualization.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Pismo's core payment APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred.
