  • The Team: Product Operations
  • The Product Operations team is responsible for the operational tasks that ensure the product runs as efficiently as possible. We work to optimize the COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) of our operations, support sales in major deals, and keep the compliance and specificity database updated for 45 countries.
  • We are experts in the product and in the countries under our responsibility. Our mission is to ensure the product's success in these markets, maximizing its profitability while ensuring compliance with the norms and rules of each market. We achieve this through regular daily activities and continuous improvement and optimization projects.
  • Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Operations Manager in activities related to the operation of more than 20 countries in Latin America.
  • Manage the ticket queue, ensuring SLA compliance and providing fast, high-quality responses to both internal and external queries.
  • Conduct supplier quality tests using our internal tools and report the results back to the team.
  • Update the knowledge base and country rules on Confluence and in our internal AI tools.
  • Configure the most efficient suppliers and routes on our platforms, ensuring the best possible balance between quality and price.
  • Provide detailed data analysis, using Excel or Google Sheets, to generate insights and content for team projects.
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Ability to analyze data and extract insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in dynamic and results-oriented environments.
  • Good communication skills and experience delivering presentations.
  • Intermediate English is required; advanced level is a plus.
  • Spanish is an important differential (a strong plus).
  • Prior experience in the segment is not necessarily required.
  • Must reside in São Paulo or the Metropolitan region.
