• We are looking to hire for one of our ecosystem projects. Our client, a leading digital assets ecosystem globally, is in search of an experienced Product Operations Manager (P2P Payment/ Crypto).
• Key Responsibilities
• Analyze P2P transaction processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a seamless user journey.
• Develop and manage strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to identify challenges and drive operational improvements.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to launch innovative features and align the platform with market needs.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to create effective standard operating procedures (SOPs) for resolving issues, minimizing customer complaints.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in managing P2P, fiat, or payment operations, preferably in cryptocurrency or fintech industries.
• Prior experience working in crypto exchanges or global e-commerce platforms.
• Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
