Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Product Specialist to join our client’s operations team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic company in the digital entertainment sector, with a focus on sportsbook and online casino platforms.

The professional will be responsible for managing onsite Casino and Sportsbook content, coordinating marketing promotions, supporting campaign execution, and ensuring the efficient operation of key activities related to online gaming products.

Our client is one of the leading iGaming brands globally, and they are now expanding their operations team with a new position based in Brazil

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sportsbook and Casino content onsite, developing marketing initiatives to maximize growth.
• Support the creation and execution of marketing promotions, working closely with the Business Intelligence team to manage campaign risk.
• Execute marketing promotions, coordinating closely with Design, CRM, and Acquisition teams.
• Manage the administration and activation of promotional content and games on the platform.
• Maintain updated roadmaps and key dates for Casino and CRM visibility.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on promotional and campaign performance.
• Ensure all marketing initiatives are efficiently delivered and performance-driven.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Sports and Sports Betting.
• Knowledge of the Casino Industry.
• 2+ years of experience in a professional environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity to navigate and progress in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• English fluency is mandatory.

• Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign management tools.
• Previous experience working with online Casino and Sportsbook operations.
