  • At NuORDER, our Client Services team plays a key role in welcoming and supporting new customers and partners. As a Product Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of this process - designing and building customized portals that showcase the best of what NuORDER has to offer.
  • In this role, you’ll help customers unlock the full potential of our platform by understanding their goals, recommending the right configuration, and delivering a portal that’s ready to launch. With your product expertise and eye for detail, you’ll set the standard for excellent onboarding and provide a world-class experience.

  • What you’ll do
  • Gain a strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising - and explain how NuORDER helps customers apply best practices.
  • Work closely with customer success and implementation teams to learn about customer goals and guide the portal build using their data.
  • Analyze and refine data in Excel, while helping customers identify and resolve any data issues.
  • Become a NuORDER expert and configure the optimal portal setup for each customer.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects at once, ensuring a smooth and timely launch.
  • What we’re looking for
  • Experience: 2+ years in an analytical, customer service, or technology-related role.
  • Strong communication skills in English - you’ll be interacting with clients by phone, email, and virtual meetings (French is a big plus!).
  • A genuine love for problem-solving and logical thinking.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - you’ll use it daily (bonus if you know formulas!).
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new software programs.
