- Scope of the Role
- We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll manage both domestic and international vendors to ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries of finished goods, components, and packaging — supporting production schedules, new product launches, and ongoing replenishment.

- Manage domestic and international vendors to achieve consistent On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery performance.
- Issue, track, and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring alignment with production schedules and product launch timelines.
- Monitor vendor production progress, proactively identifying and addressing risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Maintain and evaluate vendor scorecards; develop and execute improvement plans where performance gaps exist.
- Analyze vendor capacity and capabilities to ensure production aligns with forecast demand and growth targets.
- Serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply chain challenges quickly and effectively.
- Provide regular visibility to the Supply Chain Manager regarding vendor performance, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Logistics teams to support seamless product launches and replenishments.
- Contribute to cost-efficiency, quality, and service-level improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
- Ensure all procurement activities align with company goals and customer service level expectations.
Years of Experience

Background
- Experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or hair care industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing vendor performance to achieve OTIF delivery targets.
- High proficiency in English (C1–C2) required.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of procurement practices, terms, and negotiation strategies.
- Familiarity with production processes, fulfillment workflows, and efficiency metrics.
- Ability to track vendor KPIs, analyze capacity, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting, data tracking, and process optimization.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities across internal teams and external vendors.
- Highly self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent hands-on experience in procurement or supply chain management will also be considered.
