Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager, you will oversee the production processes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process for construction and remodeling projects - Develop and implement production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines - Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and team members to ensure efficient workflow - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep projects on track - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes - Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize production efficiency - Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards of workmanship - Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns - Prepare and present production reports to senior management Qualifications: - Experience as a Production Manager (not disqualifying but highly valued) - Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Proficient in project management software and technology tools - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
