[Job Summary] I am a busy executive and investor working across real estate development, venture capital, and e-commerce. My digital infrastructure (contacts, emails, files) has become fragmented and inefficient. I am looking for a top-tier Digital Organizer or Productivity Consultant to partner with me to clean up, consolidate, and build a sustainable system for my contact management. The goal is to create a "single source of truth" that syncs flawlessly across all devices and prepares me to implement a new CRM (Streak). This is not a data entry task; it is a strategic project that requires a systems-thinking approach. Crucial Requirement for All Applicants: This is a highly collaborative, strategic project. The chosen candidate must have a proven track record of working with U.S.-based clients and must be available for meetings during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM EDT). Flawless written and spoken English is essential. [The Current Situation] Fragmented Data: My contacts are currently scattered and duplicated across 3-5 separate Google Workspace accounts and my iPhone.
