We are working on behalf of a leading global IT consultancy to recruit a seasoned Programme Manager for a contract role based in Brasília . This position will lead complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including public sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional programmes involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, and stakeholder communication plans.
• Coordinate across internal departments and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Ensure delivery on critical areas including compliance, SLA management, managed services, and security operations .
• Design and improve workflows, systems, and operational processes that support seamless collaboration with third parties.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide strategic oversight on programme performance and delivery.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Background in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) .
• Extensive experience with compliance, service-level agreements, managed services, and security operations .
• Demonstrated experience integrating operations between public cloud providers and external vendors.
• Strong operational acumen and knowledge of business operations best practices.
• Proven ability to manage projects in dynamic, high-change environments with tight deadlines.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to execution.
