Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive campaign buying strategies, encompassing ad formats, user targeting, SSP selection, bidding strategies, and other key elements.
- Master and effectively utilize various ad tech platforms to execute and manage campaigns.
- Execute and launch programmatic campaigns, managing bids, win rates, and CPMs to achieve established goals.
- Continuously monitor live campaigns, adjusting delivery to meet pacing goals, optimizing towards CPI/CPA targets, and iterating on strategy as needed.
- Offer clear and comprehensive reports on campaign performance, demonstrating the value and impact of programmatic advertising efforts.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field is often preferred.
- At least two (2) years of experience in programmatic advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, explain complex concepts, and present reports.
- Possess a strong ability to negotiate effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, optimize performance, and make data-driven decisions.
