About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Programmatic Trader / Media Buyer with hands-on expertise in Yahoo DSP and/or DV360, especially in lower-funnel performance campaigns. You must be confident managing full-funnel activity but with a strong bias for conversion, ROAS and post-click attribution. This role is ideal for someone who understands the real “craft” of programmatic: thinking beyond the obvious, finding creative angles to scale, and bringing meaningful insights to help our clients grow faster. You will handle strategy, planning, execution and optimization end-to-end, with full autonomy and ownership. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing and optimizing performance campaigns on Yahoo DSP and/or DV360 • Focusing on lower-funnel strategies: conversions, CPL/CPA, ROAS and post-click attribution • Building deal-based strategies and testing new supply paths • Turning data into clear, actionable insights • Running A/B tests and granular optimizations with a methodical approach • Taking full ownership of strategy → execution → results • Communicating clearly with internal team members and contributing to a high-performance environment What We’re Looking For • Solid experience in programmatic media buying, specifically Yahoo DSP and/or DV360 • Strong understanding of performance-driven programmatic • Experience in at least one of the following verticals: • iGaming • App installs • Lead generation / conversion campaigns • Someone comfortable in a startup environment: fast, adaptable, autonomous • A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait for instructions • A genuine passion for performance, testing, and incremental improvement Bonus Skills (Not mandatory, but a big plus) • Experience with Looker Studio, Tableau, or other data-visualization tools • Strong Excel / Sheets abilities (advanced level) • Experience with additional DSPs (e.g., Adform, Xandr, TTD) • Familiarity with native advertising platforms • Experience building structured A/B testing frameworks Who You Are • You want to work with a company that is growing fast and grow with it • You’re versatile, resourceful, and comfortable owning your work end-to-end • You don’t shy away from responsibility • You enjoy solving problems that don’t have templates • You operate with accountability and professionalism • You want to be part of a small but high-performing team where results matter more than titles If you’re driven, analytical, and thrive in performance-focused programmatic environments, we’d love to meet you.
