- Dadosfera is seeking a Project Analyst to provide end-to-end project management support, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and effective resource use. This role requires strong organization and collaboration with various teams, focusing on project progress, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of low to medium-complexity projects.
- Develop schedules, action plans, performance indicators, and status reports.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, follow-up ceremonies, and executive presentations.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and manage stakeholder communications.
- Ensure adherence to methodologies, internal processes, and governance standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners when involved in project deliverables.
- Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, business areas, and external clients, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, suggesting optimizations to processes, workflows, and operational routines.
- Minimum Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of prior experience in project management or project coordination.
- Advanced English, with the ability to lead meetings, alignment sessions, and presentations with international clients.
- Practical knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and decision-making ability.
- Proactive profile with a critical mindset, capable of anticipating project risks and needs.
- Interest or prior experience in process automation, productivity tools, or practical applications of AI.
- Experience preparing reports, KPIs, and executive presentations.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Background in technology environments, digital products, or data-related initiatives.
- Interest or experience in analytics, including data interpretation, dashboard usage, or collaboration with data teams.
- Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalents.
- Basic/intermediate Spanish.
