WHAT YOU WILL DO

• The Project Coordinator acts as a key bridge between operations, systems, and compliance, supporting regional teams globally. This role focuses on collecting, organizing, and analyzing system data to improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and enable regional teams through tools, processes, and system implementations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as a strategic partner to operational stakeholders, supporting daily operations through data, process optimization, and system enablement.

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal systems to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Observe and assess operational workflows, identifying failures and risks, and proposing scalable solutions.

• Design, implement, and maintain tools, templates, dashboards, and operational guidelines to support technicians and regional leads.

• Ensure operational processes remain compliant with internal policies, audit requirements, and regional regulations.

Act as Key User (SME) for new systems and tools

• Perform testing and validation prior to regional or global rollouts.

• Support change management and adoption across regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Compliance, and Logistics to align processes and systems.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Strong experience in operations support, process improvement, or operational analytics.

• Ability to collect, structure, and analyze data from operational systems.

• Experience acting as Key User / Super User / SME for systems or tools.

• Strong understanding of operational workflows and compliance requirements.

• Experience working with global or regional operations.

• Excellent communication skills to translate technical and operational concepts to different audiences.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

• Comfortable working cross-functionally and in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Familiarity with BI tools and dashboards

• Basic SQL knowledge to extract, validate, and analyze operational data from internal systems.
