Your key responsibilities Lead engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with quality. Control schedules, budgets, and technical documentation in line with company standards. Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Oversee contractors and suppliers to guarantee quality and performance. Improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Drive sustainable growth and operational excellence, contributing to the organization's long-term success and high-performance culture. You Bring Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering. Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in industrial environments (manufacturing, chemical, or food sectors). Strong technical background in equipment installation, utilities, and infrastructure projects. Solid knowledge of CAPEX project lifecycle, from concept to commissioning and hand-on profile Skilled in planning, budgeting, and contractor management, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
