  • About the Role
  • We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to support our Biz Dev & Integrations team. You will be the critical connective tissue between the engineering team and the key stakeholders (Growth, Product, and Biz Dev teams). Your mission is to support our Head of Integrations in the day-to-day management of tasks, planning, and status reporting so they can focus on technical strategy and business alignment.
  • This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a pragmatic project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-focused environment. You will directly enable the delivery of key features like our referral program backend, site-to-chat user tracking, and new partnership integrations. You will own the smooth, predictable, and transparent delivery of all projects within the Biz Dev & Integrations roadmap.
  • Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Velocity: Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, from detailed planning and task organization to execution tracking and timely delivery. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact the schedule.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Serve as the single point of truth for project status. Conduct constant follow-ups and transparently report progress, risks, and timeline changes to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate seamless execution of projects involving multiple internal teams. Ensure clear, aligned communication channels are established and maintained to prevent technical and operational blockers.
  • Team Support & Focus: Manage the team's project management tools to ensure all tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and updated. Support the engineering team by maintaining focus and protecting their time from external interruptions.
  • Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager working directly with software development or engineering teams. Experience in a hyper-growth tech/startup or FinTech environment is highly desirable.
  • Technical Environment Acumen: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how to manage projects within fast-paced, iterative technical environments.
  • Project Tool Fluency: Practical mastery of project management and ticketing tools (e.g., ClickUp is what we use, but deep experience with Jira, Trello, or similar platforms is acceptable).
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English are required. You must be adept at tailoring communication for technical audiences and non-technical stakeholders.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
