Blink is growing, and we're looking for a thoughtful, organized, client-centric Project Manager who can balance client expectations with strategic business priorities. This role sits at the heart of how we operate: clear communication, predictable execution, and creating space for both clients and internal teams to succeed. We are seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years of experience leading technology or digital operations projects. You should bring structure, clarity, and confidence to complex workflows while ensuring clients feel guided, heard, and supported. Committed To: Define scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables alongside clients and internal teams - communicating proactively and transparently. Build and maintain project plans including milestones, budgets, risks, and resource needs. Oversee multiple active client projects without sacrificing quality or communication. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration so teams stay aligned and clients stay informed. Lead agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retros, and reviews) in a way that serves both client needs and Blink’s internal processes. Identify risks early, propose solutions, and maintain stability in fast-moving environments. Act as the primary liaison between Blink and clients - translating technical concepts into client-friendly language while ensuring internal teams have clear requirements. Track KPIs, project health, and delivery performance at both the client and portfolio levels. Contribute to ongoing improvements in how Blink delivers strategy, development, and operational support. Maintain organized documentation so projects remain transparent, traceable, and scalable. Requirements: Must Have 4+ years managing technology, digital, or operational projects. Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with agile methodologies in real-world environments. Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday, etc.). Ability to turn client requirements into clear user stories, tasks, workflows, or briefs. Baseline understanding of software development, integrations, and design processes. Nice to Have Experience in consulting, digital agencies, or service-based tech organizations. Familiarity with remote or distributed teams. Understanding of discovery phases, product definition, or systems mapping. Experience supporting cross-disciplinary teams (developers, designers, analysts, marketers). Soft Skills Proactive decision-maker who solves problems before they escalate. Strong organizational instincts and a process-oriented mindset. Clear communicator capable of adjusting tone and depth based on the audience. Ability to prioritize effectively in shifting environments. Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continuously learn.
