This is a full time position! We’re looking for an experienced, client-focused Project Manager to lead the onboarding and training of new clients on our innovative SaaS platform. In this role, you will act as a trusted guide, helping clients understand and adopt the full value of our solution. You’ll be responsible for facilitating client setup, delivering hands-on training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition from sale to active usage. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage timelines, and empower users will directly impact client success and retention. Key Responsibilities: -Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients -Conduct engaging and informative product training sessions -Serve as the go-to resource for client setup questions and guidance -Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met -Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Zoho Projects, and Google Drive What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in client-facing project management Strong communication and instructional skills Familiarity with JIRA, Zoho Projects, and Google Drive Ability to simplify complex software workflows for diverse users A proactive, solution-oriented mindset If you're passionate about helping clients succeed and thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we’d love to hear from you!
