PROJECT MANAGER (Remote, Part-Time) Title: Project Manager for Boutique Lead Generation & Marketing Agency (Long-Term) ⸻ Job Description We are Noir Haus Collective, a boutique lead generation and marketing agency that works with luxury medical spas and aesthetic brands. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to manage client communication, fulfillment timelines, and internal team coordination. IMPORTANT: Work begins after we onboard new clients. We are building our internal team first so we can activate smoothly once contracts are secured. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys structure, clear expectations, and consistent systems. ⸻ Responsibilities As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Client Operations **This role will initially manage 2–3 clients, ensuring each onboarding and ongoing deliverables are executed smoothly. • Serve as the main point of contact for 2–3 clients (will grow later • Manage onboarding using our templates • Send weekly updates to clients • Maintain professionalism, clarity, and confidence on behalf of the agency Task & Team Coordination • Assign tasks to the Lead Gen Specialist & Content Specialist • Ensure all deadlines are met on time • Prevent scope creep • Track progress inside ClickUp • Follow internal SOPs (which will be provided to you) Structure & Reporting • Follow weekly PM routines • Maintain clean documentation • Report blockers or delays directly to the Founder • Summarize performance and deliverables each week ⸻ Requirements • Experience in project management (agency experience is a plus) • Strong English communication (written + verbal) **Strong written English is essential for professional client updates and internal documentation. • Highly organized and systems-driven • Comfortable using ClickUp or similar tools ** All internal SOPs, templates, and workflows will be provided — you will not need to set up processes from scratch. • Can manage multiple tasks without confusion • Stable internet + reliable availability ⸻ Expected Hours 8–12 hours per week to start (Will grow as the agency grows) ⸻ Pay Range $12–$16/hour Depending on experience and communication skills. ⸻ Contract Structure • Part-time • Long-term • Work begins once clients are secured • 30-day trial contract → then long-term monthly contract ** The 30-day trial period ensures a strong workflow fit and smooth integration with our agency Successful trial completion transitions to a rolling monthly contract. ⸻ Preferred Experience • Marketing agency background • Client account management • Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello • Experience coordinating small remote teams • Understanding of basic marketing terminology ⸻ Soft Skills We Value • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure • Detail-driven • Communicates clearly without overexplaining • Takes ownership • Proactive with reminders, follow-ups, and organization Time Zone / Location Preferred candidates can have some overlap with US Central Time hours for client calls and team coordination.
