We’re looking for an exceptionally organized Project Manager to oversee multiple consulting projects across marketing, operations, and financial advisory deliverables. You’ll coordinate a team of specialists — writers, designers, analysts, recruiters, and systems implementers — ensuring that every project moves forward on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires proactive communication, structured follow-through, and the ability to bring together moving parts into cohesive, client-ready outcomes. Responsibilities: Manage multiple concurrent client consulting projects with clear timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Coordinate work among multiple team members (marketing, recruiting, design, analysis, and systems). Develop project schedules and track progress through task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, or Karbon). Conduct weekly check-ins with contractors to ensure progress and alignment. Review deliverables for accuracy, quality, and consistency before client delivery. Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track. Maintain ongoing communication with leadership and clients regarding project status.
