We are looking for a fun, proactive, organized, and results-oriented Project Manager. About us: We are a global product sourcing company founded in 2005 to provide sustainable sourcing and procurement services. Over the years we have accumulated knowledge of wealth when it comes to the providence of product sourcing services. We have managed to expand our product sourcing activities across Asia, Europe, Africa, and America which means we are able to cover all important emerging markets and closely integrate with both our clients and their supply markets. What You Will Do: The Project/Customer Manager's main task is to provide assistance to the Project Management Team by: 1. Updating clients regularly on project development 2. Guide clients through the steps of their projects 3. Provide suggestions and solutions to the clients 4. Regularly check project statuses 5. Attend weekly meetings & Zoom Meetings with clients 6. You will be asked to do customer communication and account management What You Are: 1. You should be proactive, results-oriented, and organized. 2. You should be familiar with Slack and Google Workspace. Experience with Click Up is a plus! 3. You should have excellent communication skills. 4. You should ideally have 1–3 years of experience in Project Management or a similar role, along with understanding of Sourcing and Procurement. 5. You must have flexibility in time from Monday-Friday. Once hired, you will be on a trial basis of 15hrs/week for the first few weeks with an option of getting 30 - 40hrs/week 6. You must be fluent in the English and Spanish language. 7. Willing to work in the US Timezone and willing to start early (7-8 am depending on your location) for the team meetings and if you need to talk with the China Team. 8. Lastly, we are looking for someone who can start ASAP.
