Responsibilities

• - Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B).
• - Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp.
• - Maintaining customer data in HubSpot
• - Ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to deadlines.
• - Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and scheduling departments.
• - Strong skills in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
• - Engineering education OR strong engineering experience
• - Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• - Strong client communication and relationship skills.
• - Capable of overcoming client objections.
• - Tech Savvy: Proficient with various software and tools.
