Responsabilities

• Account and Product Verification: Lead the process of verifying new seller accounts and their product listings, ensuring compliance with SHEIN's policies and standards.
• Publishing Guidance: Teach the new sellers about the seller’s interface on SHEIN platform, and guide them until they successfully publish the first product.
• Quality Control: Oversee the quality control of product listings, working closely with the Quality Specialist to maintain high standards of product presentation and accuracy.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Hunting Support, Account Management, and Data Analytics teams to gather insights and feedback to continually improve the publishing process.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in e-commerce, product management, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and product management software, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Portugues, with proficiency in Chinese being a plus.
