About the Role As a Production Manager at Monday Merch, you play a crucial role in ensuring that all items within a Sales Order are sourced, produced, and delivered with precision. You will manage the entire ordering process, coordinate with vendors, and ensure seamless execution from order to production. Your Responsibilities - Gather all necessary files and information from team members to transform a Sales Order into a - Production Order. - Place orders with vendors, ensuring they align with specifications like color, quantity, customization technique, and measurements. - Conduct a final design check by comparing the Sales Order and Production Order for accuracy. - Oversee timelines and keep production on track. - Keep the Account Manager and Logistics Team updated on the status of production orders. - Proactively solve production challenges such as delays, missing information, unavailable products, or tight timelines.
