Hello! I’m hiring a QA tester who can start tonight to complete a full end-to-end testing pass on a mobile-first equipment rental and inventory management web app (React/TypeScript, Express, IndexedDB, barcode scanning). This first round is a flat $150 and should take no more than about 8 hours for someone experienced. If the work goes well, I will keep you on for 1–3 hours per week for the next few months as new features roll out. We communicate on Discord and manage tasks in ClickUp using a Scrumban-style workflow. App wiki: https://doc.clickup.com/9009185131/d/h/8cfugbb-1353/aa9fa927d154f52 What you’ll test includes: - Offline-first behavior with IndexedDB caching, queued mutations, and automatic sync on reconnect - Barcode and QR scanning, including conflict resolution and reassignment behavior - Inventory create, edit, delete, restore, and bulk operations - Request, Checkout, and Check-in workflows - Kit logic including nested kits, cycle detection, and quantity handling - Image uploads using the camera and file picker with reorder and delete - Audit trail accuracy including before/after diffs and event history - Mobile UI/UX behavior including filters, layout issues, and responsive elements Tonight’s deliverables: - Complete the full end-to-end test pass - Log detailed and reproducible bugs in ClickUp with steps, expected vs actual, and screenshots or video - Immediately flag any critical issues in Discord Requirements: - At least 3 years of QA experience - Strong mobile web testing background - Experience with offline-first apps or IndexedDB is a plus - Clear communicator and detail oriented - Must be available tonight - Comfortable using Discord and ClickUp To apply: - Describe your experience with mobile or offline-first testing - Share an example of a similar app you’ve tested - Explain your bug reporting style - Confirm your availability tonight - Confirm you accept the $150 flat rate for this cycle
