We are a real estate investment and construction company based in Texas, focused on acquiring and renovating single-family homes for fix & flip operations. We are looking for an experienced lead researcher or data prospector who can build highly targeted lists of motivated property owners — specifically: Probate / inheritance cases (recently inherited properties) Divorce-related sales Distressed or pre-foreclosure homes Owners under financial stress or motivated to sell The goal is to identify off-market opportunities for acquisition within specific regions of Texas (mainly Houston, Galveston, Dallas, and Austin). We expect the freelancer to deliver weekly updated lists of qualified leads, ready for our sales team to make cold calls and direct offers. We are looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented, who can use public records, data scraping tools, and skip tracing methods to gather accurate and verified contact information (name, phone, email, property address, property status, estimated equity, etc.). 💰 Bonus: For every property that results in a successful deal, you’ll receive an additional $100–$200 commission per closed property, on top of your base payment.
