We are seeking an experienced appointment setter and closer to join our Wholesale Real Estate based out of Florida for a full time role. There will be NO cold calling in the role. You will only talk to warm, cold, leads that want to talk to you. Base pay + commission on closed deals. 40 hours a week. Work schedule is very easy and hands on. Looking for a longterm position. The ideal candidate is somebody who has: Experience as a lead manager, appointment setter, cold caller, and closer. Experience in real estate Is good/comfortable on the phone talking to clients/sellers Understands how to manage/nuture leads through a sales funnel and CRM. We are ideally looking for somebody based out of South/Central America. The main job role is using our CRM (Go High Level) to follow up with sellers that have already been spoken to and nuture colder leads till they sell. All systems will be provided. The calls will be about 1-10min long. The goal is to get updates on their selling status, building rapport, and making sure they are followed up with/nothing falls through the cracks. Move sellers from cold to warm to appointments. Speaking Spanish is a plus.
