WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT As a Recruitment Intern, you will: Support the team in recruiting new colleagues for the Portugal location, mainly in the IT environment. You will assist in using different sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to help identify and attract talent. You will have the chance to learn about recruitment projects and gradually take on small responsibilities with the support of your team. You will support in identifying potential candidates, using active sourcing tools, and will help in creating a positive candidate experience. You will assist in scheduling and preparing telephone, video, and if necessary in-person interviews. THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING ALONG You are currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field, or have a strong interest in recruitment and HR. You are curious about the world of IT and technology and motivated to learn how to recruit for this field. You are eager to explore different recruiting channels, tools, and processes. You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy working with people. You are a team player with good organizational skills. You have good English language skills (written and spoken).
