As Regional Partner Sales Manager you will: Manage a subset of Partners, overseeing all Partner deals throughout the sales cycle, and develop strategies for pipeline creation. Connect with Sales Operation to learn all the details and specifications for each type of partner program in addition to the training team. Develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners to maximize sales of their customer base (Across all LogMeIn’s products). Define tailored value propositions and create detailed go-to-market plans that strengthen our value proposition to the marketplace while providing new revenue opportunities. Create a Strategy to onboard new partners to our ecosystem, ramping them up as fast as possible for them to start selling. Work along with the Global Partner Team to ensure Partner Exchange (Our portal for Partners) is updated and easy to use. Hold quarterly reviews to determine goals, performance, and growth of key partner segments. As Regional Partner Sales Manager, your background will look like: Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Proven experience building and managing strategic partner alliances in SaaS environments, with a track record of driving increased sales and exceeding revenue targets. Strong presentation and analytical skills to gather and present data on performance and growth. Solid understanding of cloud software vendors, their business models, and current trends in the SaaS - ITSG landscape is a plus. Excellent customer relationship management skills—capable of growing and retaining accounts, building strong partnerships, and addressing potential risks proactively. Accountable, solutions-oriented, and able to manage complex assignments independently while meeting timelines.
