  • Key Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in Spanish is essential
  • Proven experience in B2B sales; prior exposure to IT or fintech environments is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills

  • Proactively drive sales and market expansion across LATAM and English-speaking regions
  • Execute sales plans and support network growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Manage CRM systems and internal sales tools
  • Handle inbound enquiries and sales leads
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Support and internal stakeholders
  • Represent the company at international industry events
