  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive and expand indirect sales across the EMEA region. This role is responsible for building strong relationships with channel partners, developing and executing a high-impact sales strategy, and scaling operations across multiple countries. You will lead a team of channel account managers, align partner activities with revenue goals, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced international environment, has a deep understanding of regional market dynamics, and excels at consultative and strategic selling. Extensive travel within EMEA is expected, providing opportunities to engage with senior stakeholders and partner networks.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the EMEA channel and reseller sales strategy in alignment with global revenue objectives.
  • Identify, onboard, and provide executive sponsorship to high-value channel partners for long-term strategic alignment and growth.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting, ensuring quota attainment across the region.
  • Manage joint business planning, pipeline reviews, and deal close plans with partners.
  • Support enablement frameworks, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives for partners.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, product, and customer success teams to coordinate execution across markets.
  • Represent the company at senior-level partner meetings, industry events, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional channel team.
  • Oversee partner participation in events and training, and drive product promotions and programs.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including at least 5 years managing channel/partner sales teams in EMEA. SaaS experience is required; EdTech is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and scale indirect sales teams across international markets.
  • Deep knowledge of EMEA regional dynamics, education systems, procurement models, and cultural nuances.
  • Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Expertise in strategic alliances, partner co-selling, and complex deal structuring.
  • Fluency in English and one additional language preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region (up to 40%).
  • Solid understanding of technology in education, LMS marketplace, and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong relationship-building and partnership management skills.
  • Intermediate understanding of company financial metrics.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Salesforce, and Clari.
