Our growing Massachusetts personal injury law firm is seeking a Remote Part-Time Case Manager & Marketing Assistant (20 hours per week) to support our client intake, outbound follow-up, and marketing operations. You will play a key role in client onboarding, case coordination, and outreach efforts while also assisting with basic social media and marketing tasks. As we grow, we’re looking for a bilingual professional who can take ownership of intake, case follow-up, and marketing support—while contributing to a positive, client-focused work environment. About the Role (20 Hours/Week) This part-time role focuses on personal injury case management, client intake, outbound follow-ups, and marketing assistance. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported, while helping the firm maintain strong communication and consistent outreach. Marketing responsibilities will center on social media content creation, engagement, and branding support. Key Responsibilities Client Intake & Outbound Follow-Up Conduct intake calls for personal injury clients with professionalism and empathy. Perform outbound follow-ups for new leads, referrals, and pending intakes. Convert qualified leads into signed clients using established intake procedures. Enter and update client information in SmartAdvocate. Track and report intake metrics and lead-conversion performance. Case Management Support Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and updates. Request, organize, and track medical records, bills, and essential documents. Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties. Assist in preparing summaries or documentation needed for attorney review. Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-through on all open tasks. Marketing & Social Media Assist with creating and scheduling content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Use Canva (required) and Photoshop (preferred) to design simple graphics and firm materials. Edit short-form videos (experience preferred; willingness to learn acceptable). Respond to social media leads and direct inquiries to the intake workflow. Track basic marketing engagement metrics and report results. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a personal injury law firm (intake or case management required). Bilingual English/Spanish (required). Proficiency with SmartAdvocate (required). Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls and intake activity. Proficient with Canva; Photoshop/video editing experience is a plus. Availability for 20 hours/week during EST business hours. Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional client service. Preferred Skills Experience with PI intake retention strategies and lead conversion. Familiarity with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, etc.). Knowledge of Massachusetts PI processes and insurance norms. Comfort tracking KPIs and working in a metrics-driven environment.
