In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing the financial integrity of the organization while ensuring compliance with tax regulations across LATAM. • Accountabilities
• Lead the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation in accordance with OECD BEPS standards and local requirements.
• Monitor and implement transfer pricing policies, ensuring alignment with business models and substance principles.
• Determine and monitor tax compliance across LATAM jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate the preparation and filing of tax returns and reports in LATAM countries.
• Develop and enhance internal processes and controls for accurate tax determinations.
• Implement tax data management and automation initiatives.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or Economics; advanced degree or specialization in Tax is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in international taxation and transfer pricing.
• Solid understanding of OECD Guidelines and international tax frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
