The Mission: We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for 10-20 hours/week. Your P1 mission is to fill our CEO's sales pipeline by executing our "Dolphin PM Prospecting" SOP. Your Core Tasks: Conduct targeted research (using Google Maps, public records) to find "Dolphin" Property Managers (50-249 units) in Pinellas County. Perform data entry into our GHL (GoHighLevel) platform, tagging and organizing new prospects. (Future) Manage and execute our GHL outreach workflows. This is for you if: You are a data-mining expert or a "digital detective." You are obsessively organized. You can work independently and follow a clear SOP.
