Job Title: Representative, Real Time Management Job Description Principais Responsabilidades Monitoramento das demandas da operação (Interações e TMO) em tempo real bem como quadro de agentes logados, disponibilidade e aderência às pausas planejadas. Envio de boletins hora-a-hora (Intraday) com o resumo dos indicadores relacionados à demanda – Nível de Serviço (NS), interações (Volume), Tempo médio de Operação (TMO), agentes logados (HC Bruto), agentes disponíveis (HC Líquido). Comunicação de anomalias às áreas de gestão operacional e demais áreas envolvidas dando consciência situacional. Sinalizações sobre desvios de pausas dos agentes na operação às lideranças operacionais (de acordo com o provesso de escalonamento estabelecido) e garantia de visibilidade de riscos. Atuação continua pela guarda dos indicadores, investigação dos motivos dos desvios.
