The successful candidate will be responsible for helping prospective tenants find suitable housing options and supporting the ongoing operations of rental properties. This is a part-time position that pays an hourly rate and can grow into a full-time position. Responsibilities: • Screen prospective tenants to determine their suitability for the property • Respond to prospective tenants' inquiries about available properties, schedule property tours, and follow up with potential tenants. • Coordinate property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the property's features and amenities, and ensuring the applicant and the showing agent meet together. • Coordinate work orders, manage tenant relations, and respond to Airbnb messages in a friendly manner • Ad hoc requests, Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Fluent, native-level English language • Bilingual English & Spanish • Must be able to think critically and exercise common sense • Must demonstrate independent problem-solving If you meet these requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your application today.
