Job Summary We are seeking a Retail Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across marketplaces such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, and Sam’s Club. The role includes overseeing backend operations, monitoring KPIs, generating performance insights, and ensuring product listings remain accurate and compliant while aligning ad strategy with broader e-commerce goals. Core Tasks: - Build, launch, and optimize retail media campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display, Video) across marketplaces including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Costco, and Sam’s Club. - Manage backend marketplace operations: product listings, content updates, pricing adjustments, keyword optimization, compliance checks, and inventory alignment. - Monitor campaign KPIs (CTR, ROAS, ACoS, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights for ongoing performance improvements. - Partner with sales, merchandising, and marketing teams to align advertising strategy with broader e-commerce goals. - Generate weekly and monthly reporting on ad spend, ROI, and operational metrics to guide budget allocation and strategy. - Troubleshoot campaign or listing issues within seller portals (Wayfair Partner Home, Home Depot Supplier Hub, Lowe’s Marketplace, Sam’s Club MAP, etc.). - Track and boost organic ranking on various platforms using native platform tools. Must-Haves: - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing retail media ads (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Wayfair Sponsored Products, Home Depot Retail Media, etc.). - Strong working knowledge of PPC campaign structures (keyword targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, A/B testing). - Experience with seller backend systems (Wayfair Partner Home, Mirakl-based platforms, or similar). - Analytical skills with comfort using Excel/Sheets and reporting dashboards to evaluate KPIs and make optimization recommendations. - Detail-oriented approach to maintaining clean product catalogues and ensuring compliance with platform requirements. - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to work full-time CST. Nice-to-Haves: - Agency or multi-brand experience with a track record of scaling campaigns across multiple marketplaces.
