  • About the Role
  • We’re looking for a highly technical, detail-oriented Revenue Operations & Automation Specialist to support our sales team by building high-quality lead lists, enriching data, and managing our automation workflows.
  • This role is 80% list building + data operations, with the remainder focused on maintaining clean CRM processes inside HubSpot.

  • Core Responsibilities (80% List Building)
  • Lead List Building & Data Operations (Primary Responsibilities).
  • Build highly targeted lead lists using Clay and/or ZoomInfo (must be expert-level).
  • Scrape data from multiple sources, validate accuracy, de-dupe, and normalize.
  • Enrich leads using integrations, and supplemental tools.
  • Build repeatable scrapers, workflows, and lead generation automations.
  • Manage segmentation logic for industry, revenue, location, and ICP matching.
  • Ensure all data is clean, standardized, and ready for immediate sales outreach.
  • Test and QA all incoming lead data for completeness and accuracy.
  • Track list performance continuously and iterate on quality.
  • Own lead routing, list delivery, and daily lead flow to the sales team.
  • Revenue Operations & Automation (20%)
  • Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene (properties, dedupe rules, workflows).
  • Build and update simple HubSpot dashboards/reports (bonus if advanced).
  • Manage contact/company creation, lifecycle stages, and pipeline mapping.
  • Automate repetitive sales tasks using Clay, HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make.
  • Support SDRs/AEs with troubleshooting lead data or CRM issues.
  • Ensure speed-to-lead rules and notifications are functioning correctly.
  • What You Bring
  • Strong experience using Clay and ZoomInfo (mandatory — must be power-user level).
  • Strong experience using HubSpot (required).
  • Proven experience building, scraping, enriching, and de-duping lead lists.
  • Strong understanding of data accuracy, enrichment tools, and ICP logic.
  • Experience automating workflows via Clay, HubSpot, and Zapier.
  • Attention to detail, high accuracy, and an obsession with clean data.
  • Ability to work directly with the sales team and meet fast turnaround times.
  • Bonus: HubSpot reporting/dashboard creation.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with other enrichment tools.
