We are looking for Revit freelancers to support a wide variety of international projects. Our core work is Building Permits (IRC/IBC Code), Revit Modeling and Documentation, 3D Renders, and Point Cloud. 🔨 Our Specialties -New houses, ADUs, garages -Decks, pergolas, patio covers -Barndominiums and light-commercial projects -Permit drawings and code compliance (US standards) -Point Cloud -Revit Services (Family creation, documentation, etc) 🔎 Extra Expertise (Nice to Have, But Not Mandatory) We are also looking for professionals with skills in: -MEP and HVAC modeling/design -Structural Design -Title24 (energy compliance in California) You don’t need to know everything, this is not eliminatory.
