We run a site focused on SaaS content operations, CMS tools, and platform comparisons (e.g., Webflow vs. Sanity). We have a backlog of ~10 blog posts written in Markdown (AI-generated drafts with placeholders for visuals). We need someone who can turn these drafts into polished, publishable articles — including creating visuals, editing content for clarity, and publishing directly into our Sanity CMS backend. This role is a mix of designer, content editor, and CMS publisher. What You’ll Do - Create visuals for blog posts based on inline placeholders (e.g., [INSERT: workflow diagram here]). -- Custom diagrams/illustrations (e.g., workflows, approval chains, role matrices, growth visualizations). -- UI screenshots with annotations (e.g., Webflow, Sanity, Slack). Cleanly captured, consistently styled, annotated with arrows/callouts when needed. - Edit blog drafts for readability, accuracy, and credibility (catching AI “hallucinations” or unclear claims). - Publish posts in our CMS (Sanity) — handling formatting, images, scheduling, and ensuring posts are styled consistently. - Optional bonus: Add internal links between posts, suggest SEO improvements (titles, metadata, alt text). Requirements - Portfolio showing SaaS-style diagrams/infographics (not just social media graphics). - Excellent English — able to edit and improve AI-generated drafts. - Experience with a CMS (Sanity preferred; WordPress, Webflow, or similar acceptable). - Ability to produce both types of visuals: -- Illustrative diagrams (flat, clean, professional). -- Screenshots (consistent sizing, annotations, blurring when needed). Nice to Have - Direct experience with Sanity CMS. - Familiarity with B2B SaaS content marketing. - SEO knowledge (internal linking, metadata, alt text).
