  • In this role, you will manage and optimize enterprise cloud platforms and SaaS ecosystems to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable operations across the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to implement automation, enforce governance, and maintain compliance standards. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work with a broad range of cloud services, identity and access management tools, and networking infrastructure while contributing to the operational excellence of a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will play a key role in enabling automation, enhancing security posture, and supporting business-critical SaaS and cloud operations.

Accountabilities

  • Administer and optimize enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian tools, and GitLab.
  • Automate provisioning, access management, and lifecycle processes for SaaS applications.
  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS, with familiarity in Azure or GCP environments.
  • Configure and secure network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and SASE solutions.
  • Implement and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Okta, SAML, SCIM, and RBAC policies.
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as PCI DSS and SOC 1 & 2, maintaining audit trails and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale cloud and SaaS systems efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS administration, cloud operations, or IT operations in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, Route53, Lambda, VPC, Control Tower, Organizations) and cloud networking.
  • Proficiency in automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell; familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and APIs.
  • Experience managing identity governance tools such as Okta or SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, security best practices, and audit documentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Nice-to-have: certifications like AWS SysOps, Palo Alto PCNSE, or Okta Certified Professional; experience in FinTech or high-growth SaaS environments.
