Role Overview The Sales / Business Development Representative will identify, engage, and qualify potential customers across key verticals including healthcare, financial services, public sector, and technology. This role suits someone who thrives in a high-growth startup environment and is passionate about cybersecurity innovation. Key Responsibilities • Execute outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry platforms. • Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales channel. • Support multi-touch outbound campaigns targeting CISOs, IT directors, IAM leaders, and developers. • Conduct account and persona research to personalize outreach. • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot. • Collaborate on messaging, sequences, and outreach tactics. • Track KPIs: meetings booked, conversion rates, campaign performance. • Assist in nurturing leads from events, webinars, and content engagement. Required Qualifications • Minimum 1 year in an SDR, BDR, or lead-generation role. • Strong communication skills. • Comfortable with outbound prospecting. • Experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot). • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities. • Curious, coachable, and eager to learn cybersecurity fundamentals. Nice-to-Have Experience • Experience with Seamless.ai, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo. • Exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, IAM, or authentication solutions. • Experience with outbound automation and enrichment tools. • Experience working with founder-led sales at early-stage startups. Success Criteria • Meets or exceeds meeting-booking targets. • Builds strong, qualified pipeline through outbound efforts. • Improves message resonance with testing and iteration. • Becomes a trusted first point of contact for prospects.
