Responsibilities

1. Lead market strategies and business expansion. Formulate and implement sales strategies for the Brazilian and South American regions, focusing on set-top boxes, network communication devices. Deeply develop telecommunications operators and channel partners.

2. Lead the technical solution docking with local operators, promote customized product development and long-term cooperation, and ensure the achievement of annual sales targets.

3. Manage the sales team and establish a localized sales network covering traditional distribution, e-commerce, and emerging smart home ecosystem markets.

4. Be responsible for maintaining relationships with leading telecommunications operators and the government. Lead the entire process of bidding, contract negotiation, and delivery to improve customer satisfaction.

5. Analyze customer needs and collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions (such as Google AI-based smart set-top boxes and home IoT integration solutions).

6. Monitor industry trends, produce competitive analysis reports, and formulate differentiated strategies to deal with competitors.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors related to business management, electronic engineering, or communication technology.

2. Over 10 years of sales experience in the ICT industry, including more than 5 years of management experience in the Brazilian market. Candidates with a background as a regional head in the same industry will be preferred.

3. Successful cases: Having led the delivery of at least 3 telecom operator-level projects, proficient in the Latin American telecom industry ecosystem, and familiar with the operator's procurement decision-making chain.

4. Fluent in English (at a business negotiation level).
